Divine Harmony Bodywork + Sound Bath

Service Description

This session integrates sacred bodywork and energy work meant to promote healing of the mind, body and soul. Each session is intuitively guided by energy and spirit, to create the most effective pathway to energetic healing. The work is deep, yet gentle and non-invasive to the body, it promotes relaxation, circulation and energetic movement of the entire being. The premise behind the work is communication between the practitioner and the bones of the client. It is the bones that relay the messages that lead to soul healing. This session is practiced on a table, and often integrates essential oils for mood and emotional balancing and healing. Client will Receive 75 Minutes of Bodywork and 15 minutes of Sound Bath. "Sound Bath" is literally what it says, bathing in the vibrations of sound to help you move energy. Jenn uses the Gong, hand drum, chimes as well as Crystal and Tibetan Sound Bowls. Our ancestors have long utilized the power of sound, using drums for battle, rattles and whistles to call in spirits. The healing frequencies of sound have been studied and proven very effective. Our body is inherently made up of vibrations, and through the use of sound waves we can tune and altar the vibrations of each cell to a healing and harmonic fequency. When vibrations move out of their natural rhythm due to stress, trauma and physical illness – our body undergoes a kind of shock that can cause dis-ease. Sound helps restore the natural flow through the vibration of specific frequencies.
