Kosha Clearning BreathWork is a powerful session fully guided to empower your body's natural process for transformational healing on both an energetic and cellular level. This is a fully guided session, allowing you to flow through the emotional pathways and navigate your way towards healing. You are your own healer, this breath session taps in to the stuck, stagnant and repressed energy that continuously blocks the pathway to healing. The koshas, in yogic philosophy, are the metaphorical layers that comprise the human body and mind and house the soul. Kosha translates to "sheath" in Sanskrit. Total integration of the koshas can occur when optimal health and well-being are reached within the body, mind, and spirit. Exploring and integrating each layer can help to bring us closer to a state of oneness or bliss. This session connects dynamic breathwork with sound and guided meditation for 5 layers of purification and energy resourcing for the mind, body, and spirit.  Being guided allows you to tap into your own medicine, empowering your inner healer to connect to your true, authentic higher consciousness.
