Remote sessions are not any less powerful than session done in person, you will receive all the benefits whilst being in the comfort and safety of your own home. Jenn will set up a text message with you when it is time to begin your session, you will be guided to relax and listen to music created for deep inner healing. When the session is over, you may remain in your relaxed state for as long as you wish. Jenn will send you a voice message with details from your session that you may listen to at any time. If there are further questions, you can reach out after the session.
