The Sacred Element Life is a pathway to remain balanced, heart-centered, and responsive to the everyday life we lead. Through mind, body and spirit we create sacred space that connects us all to the universal flow of nature.
Using a harmonious blend of yoga therapy, meditation, pranayama (breath & energy work), we aim to help cultivate a more authentic relationship with self and the unknown force that binds us to all existence.
ABOUT JENN
Jenn is an intuitive energy guide with experience in somatic yoga therapy, bodywork, and inner child work. She weaves powerful healing modalities to provide clients with a unique and highly transformative experience of awakening awareness on a body and soul level. She works with the belief that the mind, body, and spirit must be in communication in order to unlock the full energetic and human potential and to discover the soul's true purpose. Through these various techniques, she guides clients to release the fears and limiting beliefs that prevent one from living their most authentic version of themselves.
